Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it with the tags on.
  

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@orangedmanche.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved we will send you an email with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
